Star Sheriff
Bill is the sheriff of Bannick, a small town in northern Montana. He’s a good and capable man, a protector of the people, and an improvisational thinker. Life as a lawman in the 1860s is going along fine until a series of supernatural events – a space adventure! – Bill and his deputy are kidnapped and imprisoned by aliens. Their little space adventure goes further south when they are to be sold to the highest bidder, as exotic new products in the intergalactic slave trade. Moving quickly past incredulity, Bill bides his time plotting to escape his desperate situation, in this cross-genre offering of cowboys in the 1800s and sci-fi space comics of the 2000s.
